I installed a dejon tool intake manifold and now the car wont idle. Any suggestings????

Could it be the ISC???

I'm at a lost. Any help would be awsome.

I know one of my buddies got a washer stuck in between the manifold and the head on one of the studs. How he did it... I don't know!! But he thought he was all done with the install and when we tried to start it it would just die. Basically he had a huge vacuum leak. Not saying this is your problem but it's at least a suggestion of some of the stupid things us DSMers do. I was like :tease: ROFL

I'd check to see if the flanges are even straight. Dejon was known for the horribly quality of their intake manifolds. My roomate had one, wouldn't hold boost at all

If you removed the TPS on the throttle body, it can take a few days for the ECU and TPS to get used to each other. I installed heater hoses on my car 3 days ago, and my car hasn't got used to the TPS yet.

so i fixed the idle prob it was a big boost leak there was a bolt left off the tb so air was coming from that now the part i didn't mention which ia theres a high pitched whirring sound either from the mani or the tb any ideas?
