SLS manifold on a 1G talon, anyone using one?

Hey, im running a SLS T3 undivided manifold on my 90 talon, and this thing looks like its going to come REALLY close to the hood, im going to have to cut the webbing, i already set the hood on.

Just curious if anyone else is using this manifold on a 1G, how was your hood clearance after cutting the webbing, and thoughts?

Here is what I did to mine:

This works fine, but leave the heat sheild in place or it will burn the paint off of the top of the hood.

great news! Had me a bit worried.

Our setups are similar but my dumptube goes behind the downpipe close the block, i bet you cant fit another fan in there the way you have it Looks good though!

Ill have to get pics of mine in the next few days.

Is yours painted? Or coated? I had mine jethot coated so it should help with the temp of the hood as well im hoping..

I was a pretty pissed at first about the fitment, but the header is such a quality piece, I got over it!

I have my dumptube recirculated back into the O2 housing, much nicer than an open dump!

I used (2) 12" pusher fans in front of the radiator, plenty of cooling even in summertime stop&go traffic.

I had mine ceramic coated, but if I had it to do over, I would just use BBQ Grill paint, the ceramic coat didn't help that much with under hood temps!

Damn, f that noise! As was mentioned previously be sure to get some sort of heatshield between the manifold and the hood or you'll be watchin' that paint cook.

sorry to wake this thread but i just bought a SLS manifold and was wondering if anyone has install pics on a 1G. I got a Great Price on it, so i couldnt say no($50 bucks more than i paid for my HAFE SS manifold.
