slowboy racing 2.3

Just recently bought my 97 gsx and it came with 18g and Greddy intake but I don't believe the guy I bought I from did anything to support this turbo and I spun a rod bearing so its build time after 15 miles of driving it........ read quite a bit about different strokers for the 4g63 and decided 2.3 is the way I want to go because its going to be a DD that just happens to have some big kahones. I was curious of anybody experience with Slowboy racing and how it performs and the reliability of it for a DD. any insight pm this subject would be greatly appreciated

A 2.3l is a good choice for a DD engine however, I have not had nor seen any good results with Slowboy products. YMMV. Good luck.

Thanks for the feed back anyways. I was also curious if I would pass a visual smog in California or if id have to do it under the table.
