Not enough information. Define "slow take off." Is it taking too long for the turbo to make pressure (boost leak? stuck waste gate?)? Does it seem like the power is there but its not getting to the tires (slipping clutch/transmission?)? Is the engine bogging down at low rpms?

What is the state of your build/ride at this point?
