slight smoke and oil residue!

I'm thinking either my valve seals, valve guides or both are bad. My car at start up and idle seems to smoke a little out of the exhaust. as i had my car idling i was looking around my engine bay and also noticed traces of oil on my head behind the exhaust manifold. Upon further inspection I could actually see oil bubbling out behind out behind one of the runners.

My motor is about 4-5 years old. has less than 150 miles on it due to it sitting and me not driving it much. Has anybody swapped out guides and or seals with the head still on before and if so what steps do you take? I have an air compressor and willing to get the necessary tools/hardware.

this is kind of odd but i just bought a 1g and its got the same problem, oil in the headers and smoking a little, im pretty sure its the valve guide seals because if the car sits for too long the top end of the motor wont get lubricated, i put bars leak valve seal conditioner in mine and it seems to be helping
