slicks and rims ..

My last puzzle piece , i need help with ..slicks and rims (going with hx35 and 1600cc injectors)

Fwd with kyb gr-2's old school red ones

i have a set of 15" steels ,2 sets of light weight 16" rims ..Not sure what to ask but how do i know what size slicks i need for them ..I dont know offsets all the other stuff besides 15 and 16" rims ..I have test fitted them on the talon so i know they fit ...Should i use them or buy something else ? i am in canada if you say buy new rims maybe a link , not looking for an expensive rim..Also slick sizes to use ..If measuring the rims will help , let me know how to measure thanks
