What are some signs thats my stock fuel pressure regulator isn't functioning correctly/being over run?
 
Hook up a fuel preasure gauge and find out its readings. At idle you should have between 32-35 p.s.i. :dsm:

stock 2g fp is 43psi
 
You will run rich at idle. Enough to smell the gas and see the dots (with a rag if you have a black car).
