I don't have the mitsubishi part number but it's one of the 2 on the right hand side.

STM: OEM MITSUBISHI SIDE SKIRT CLIP | 95-99 2G DSM | MB696120

STM has it them for $3 a piece, not sure how much the dealership or anywhere else charges, but STM has them. Mitsu p/n is mb696120. It seems, they all have different numbers on the diagram at STM, but I believe they are all the same clips.

I bought 2 bags of them off ebay (from China) for like 50cents each. I haven't used them yet, but I wouldn't doubt it if the ones that are $3 each are made in the same factory.

Search for the Mitsu part number on ebay

Yes they will. But when it's time to remove them, you'll need new skirts or welding, ect...

couldn't you remove the long plastic piece and have them work like the stock ones? Looks very similiar

I don't know we must both be thinking of different parts, there are several Gm versions sold at auto stores nationwide.

My car didn't have the wholes for Side skirts which is why I believe it was actually originally a 97 talon.

But i bought the entire mitsu set listed above with all the correct part numbers.

But the only ones that actually worked (held the side skirt in place) are the ones I posted above.
