Sorry for my mess, I was working on it.

MiguelMCV are you using 370z calipers too? What bracket are you mounting these on with?

NO, I'm not running the 370z calipers (I wishLOL).

I have some old crappy Jaguar calipers that I modified to fit the rotors.

370z Calipers are on the back of my head once I can afford them.:D

About the brackets, I did them my self, I just bought a peace of 1/2in aluminum and design it.:)

I thought for sure that the 370Z and G35 calipers would be a great option since they made so many of them compared to Evos, but they're asking for way more money for them than Evo calipers. Kinda ridiculous.

That's a lot Miguel, I paid $380 for my Evo Brembos (front and rear) and they had less than 50k miles on them. Believe it or not, I didn't even get that great of a deal, some are getting calipers, rotors, pads for $500!

Yea I know, I got the full set (evo 8) calipers including the front rotors for $500 in good conditions.

The post I did was not to say that's our best option, But just to clear what DeusExMachina said.

New 370z vs New evo calipers, obviously the 370z are way but way cheaper.

Now, about prices goes, used or best rout for cheap, Well, I did my complete setup for less then $400,brake lines, brackets, pads and including new rotors.:sneaky:

I bought brand new CTS-V calipers from GMpartsdirect.com for $140 each. Bought KMV brackets for $75. Bought used Evo X front rotors for $75.

Unfortunately, the calipers are not loaded, so I still need to purchase the pins, clips and pads.

But not bad for an "OEM BBK".

Also purchased Evo 8 brembos (F&R) loaded calipers with ~50k miles for $400.

Deals can be had if you're patient. Still debating which one to put on.

What do you guys think: gvr4 knuckles + Evo brakes, or bracket + Evo brakes?
It's not GVR4 knuckles that Evo brakes bolt to, they are JDM '98+ Galant knuckles P/N: MR369425 & MR369426.

If you can swing it you'd be better off getting the JDM Galant knuckles but, it's not easy finding a set of them and you'll be spending about $500 - $600 on the knuckles whereas the brackets are around $100.
