I wish I could say these are mine. Blitz type-03s. I bought my 97 Spyder with similar knock-offs. See them in my gallery. I still like them though. They are 18" x 8 and have 225/40zr/18 Nitto Extreme's

Although not a lite-weight, I also liked my old Twisted Tuners I had my 96 Spyder. Running 225/45/17s with the first generation Falken Azenis Sport tire. Those were awesome tires. I wish I had been able to do some road racing at Firebird with those on. They gripped until pretty much infinity. Too bad they didn't last very long though.

Akron DSMer in the house! ok, back to the subject. I think a set of bronze rims would look nice, even a set of gold rims would be hot too. I don't know, I've owned probably about 5 different sets of rims for my cars throughout the years and bronze and gold are the only two colors that I haven't touched yet, but I had a buddy with a talon who painted his stock rims bronze, it look darn good.:thumb:

If in doubt, always get black or silver, they go with everything.

WheelMax.com-Free Shipping on Wheels, Rims, and Tires! Chrome Rims, Black Wheels & Custom Rims! has good deals too[/QUOTE]

+1 on wheelmax, I have purchased 3 sets of rims and tires from them, always great service. If you call them up and talk to a sales rep they usually give u a better deal than what the website lists, on top of that they usually also throw in free lugs and all that stuff which isn't always listed on the website. Great place to go! Good luck, if you ever wanna meet up sometime Akron, I'm always up at the University for classes.

Not a 2nd gen, but I figured i'd share. Just 16x8 RX7 wheels, z rated tires for $250 :D

I have a set of 17" x 7.5" ADR Venomous rims. They are wrapped in 235/45/17 General Exclaim UHPs. Pretty crappy picture. Think I finally need to upgrade my digital camera.
