Hi everyone. I'm doing my first boost leak test and the compressor housing on my BRAND new (BP V-Trim) turbo is leaking air. The turbo has been run for about 200 km and then the car sat for about 3-4 weeks in my garage. Now I'm doing a boost leak test and the compressor housing is leaking. I'll post pics of where the leak is later (in an hour or two).

Is this normal? Or is this normal for a turbo.

Thanks, Tom.

Not normal to leak out of the comp. housing but on my FP turbo air will go by the oil seals and down into the return line (oil pan). Which is normal from what I have read on the internet.

Yeah the thread posted by blcknspo0ln explains it all. I'm going to fix (seal) it tomorrow. Thanks though.
