I am running a 600 awhp setup, I do not want to get a larger turbo than my gt35r. But if I want more power I was wondering about using nitrous to get me to my goals.

My main concern is longevity, The car will live on leaded race fuel regardless of nitrous. I only plan to drive it on the street about 1500 miles a year. If I were to run a 100 shot of nitrous tuned properly would this affect the longevity of my engine more, less or the same as a turbo that was running another 10 lbs/min of air?

Sorry, I don't know much about nitrous because turbos have carried me a long ways.

I say go for it!!!

A 100shot will be just like having a turbo that produces another 100hp. With nitrous that extra 100hp will be instant and produce more power under the curve.

Just pull more timing and run a colder plugs.

I would also see what a 75shot gets you. A lot of time a 75 shot on a turbo car will put
100hp more to the ground.

My 50 shot added 87 more WHP on the dyno. A turbo car LOVES Nitrious.

GO FOR IT!!!

How instant is the spool when on nitrous I knwo people say you spool a lot faster but are we talking like 14b fast or like it feels like all motor fast? I have a nitrous setup that I was gonna sell but I'm now keeping to spool my turbo I'm debating on a 50 or 75 shot.

Nitrous works great for spool, i wouldn't say instant, but it comes on at least 14b fast on a 50-60trim sized t3/4 hybrid.

A properly tuned nitrous setup is just like a properly tuned turbo setup, both make huge power and only decrease a motor's life span if improperly tuned or used. Just follow the "nitrous basics" as far as when to use it and make sure that you don't run lean and you'll be fine for a lot more miles than you're talking about putting on the car!
