Should i put in the EGT by myself??

It seems fairly easy other than the drilling part, should i give it a shot or is it hard???
 
nuttin to it - if you cant handle EGT probe ya better not attempt a whole lot else on yer own. read/follow the directions on vfaq.
 
i am planning to follow the instructions on the vfaq.com, it's shown/documented performed with the manifold on the car.
 
Best thing is to just buy a variety of taps. You want to start small and work your way bigger tap wise.

Also, it is easier if you do it on the car, instead of taking it off (unless it is already OFF). Turn the car on and do your work so anything gets blown out. Another good idea is to put your heatshield on there and mark a spot so you can feed it through after you have the line all setup to go in.:thumb:
