I'm looking to buy a 1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD for $2,800. About 180K+ on the body and 76K on the rebuilt motor. The body looks decent. The owner says the Talon was his daily driver, no problems, and only has a bad shift bearing (1st gear).
Mods: Not sure what type they are
CAI
Intercooler
Exhaust Manifold
Exhaust
New OEM clutch
Timing Belt replaced at 60k, motor no has 75k. I plan on replacing the tensioner and belt around 110k just to be safe.
I've looked through many threads because I am concerned about crankwalk.
It seems to me that the 95's have the lowest crankwalk percentage of the 2g's.
Would you guys pull the tirgger of back off? I havent driven it yet. The owner says that he uses synthetic oil every time.
Any input is really appreciated. It would be my daily driver, and I wouldnt mash on it, maybe just 5% of the time. Would it be reliable if driven like a granny?
Thank you.

. and yes, take it for a nice long ride, tell the guy to be quiet and listen to everything, how it sounds, and unknown clicks clacks, ticks,pings,clunks,thunks... You catch my drift. If he talks alot he knows something that hes not telling you. Thats my experience.Good luck on your decision.
