Should I balance my engine?

I've seen this thread numerous times, with conflicting answers.
I believe my situation is slightly different.
Years ago I built an engine, I had the machine shop balance my rotating assembly, clutch, and crank pulley. The engine block cracked, so i scrapped it. I got a new block had it bored and honed, pressure checked etc. I'm using the same internals from my previous build, so they are all balanced from the previous build.
Piston/Rod 1 - 304.5
Piston/Rod 2 - 304.9
Piston/Rod 3 - 304.8
Piston/Rod 4 - 304.5
Crankshaft was polished, but I'am using a new clutch/ flywheel and a fluid damper this time.
I've also read (conflicting) it is useless to balance a fluid damper pulley.
So is it worth price wise to external balance my engine?

Thanks.

my previous motor was not balanced and I beat the piss out of it for 3yrs at 25-30psi on a 60lb/min turbo. After 3yrs I snapped a wrist pin. Thin walled Ross pins weren't meant for that kind of abuse. When I inquired with my machinist, about balancing it, he said the parts were all within .5gram and the mitsu cranks are damn near perfect from the factory so he would try to get everything closer if I wanted to pay him to do it but it would b a waste of money. I have had 3 different shops tell me how well mitsu did with these cranks. That being said, on this other motor in have, I went ahead and had everything balanced as close as possible just for the heck of it, but based on my experiences, it's not necessary.
