Part 1
While cutting out the passenger side rad support to get FMIC piping through, I accidentlily drilled into the wiring harness a few times. Took a chunk out of 2 wires. I m so pissed because I knew where it was and I was trying to be super carefull, but I definately got 2 wires and sparks flew. They were both white, and thicker than most of the surrounding wires. Now I have to keep my horn relay out because whenever I start the car it would come on in full force, the headlights will not turn off unless I pull the relay, and seem to turn on with ignition, even when the switch isnt used. Foglights, security/power locks dont work, and the HVAC/interior lighting doesnt work. The guage lighting and windows/sunroof however do work. AC seems to be working, but the blower is not. Not even shure if the rad fans work but the one on the drivers side will come on when the ac is on and the fan is turned on (but nothing blows into the car). I ve checked all fuses and none are blown. Attempted to check relays today, but they seemed OK, not entirely shure. Wires were just temporarily electrical taped for now.
Part 2
Fixed the wiring, and checked it over today, in the area I drilled.
Basically grounded 2 white wires to the rad support, or short circuited the 2 white wires together, no way of knowing which. We checked the relays, swapped them around between headlights, tail lights, foglights, horn, ect. They click on, but do not click off. Havent gotten ahold of any relays that are known to work yet, can anyone tell me if 1g relays are the same as 2g?
No idea if the problem is in the relays or if it travelled somewhere else.
