Hey, I just got a 93 Talon, and I'm lookin into a short-ram intake. The only thing I'm unsure of is what happens with the Mass-Airflow Sensor. Is there an adapter/another plug/etc. that comes with the after-market intake?....

You can get the hard pipe that connects to the MAS to the turbo or just get the cone filter and grab and adapter from ebay.

dont worry about your sensor, the sensor will sense the accumulation of the air and dump more fuel in the car to compensate.

Wow, those to posts were pretty bad. First, this guy is a non-turbo, so that method won't work, second, he wants to know what happens to the sensor with a short ram, not what the sensor does. okay
With your short ram, you will need to fit the end of your pipe, onto the end of the MAS, you need to have that on so the computer knows how much air is going into the engine, its a necesity. Then, on put your filter onto the other end of the MAS, clamp it on however you must, make sure that the end of your filter is close, otherwise its like having no filter on at all, yeah, may seem like a good idea(to some weird people), but once you get a rock in there, you will see what happens then. Basically, put your MAS in between the hardpipe, and your filter, by whatever means, pretty DIY, but you do need to have it on there, your car will run like crap without it(even if it does run and not give you a CEL), and don't be afraid of a little hands on work, no part for a dsm is a true bolt on part.
