Hey guys i just got done installing my eiback sportlines and kyb agx's on my 1g awd... everything went perfect and i thought that i had them installed right... unstil i drove it... the fronts preformed perfect... but the rears didnt.. the actaul rod coming out of the shock pushed all the way out of the mount in the trunk of my car... i believe that i installed everything back like it was when it came out but i guess not... does anyone have an eploded view of the rear shocks and the little rubber things and washers and stuff of how they go on ??? or can some one explain the way they should be put on correctly ??? thanks guys!!
 
It sounds like your missing that big thick washer.

i think i might be missing the colar... the thing is is the strut shaft is just pushing straight up threw the shock upper mount. that big washer is above the uppermount so that doesnt hold it down anyways.. anyone else with any ideas before i take it back apart, because i definatly wanna get it right this time.
 
Yes, that collar... Sorry. I'm still new with dsms and I was thinking of my honda. This is funny because when I put my suspension on my honda together I lowered it and all 4 rods stuck up. Lol. Now I know that when I do any suspension work, check for things like that.
