Shipping from clutchnet

Has anyone ordered from clutchnet lately? I ordered a 4 puck disc on Sunday and I got a email that says confirmed but nothing about shipping yet. I've tried to call since Wednesday and no one ever picks up. I've even left a message and he still didn't call back. Is this shop still in business?

I put a new exedy street disc in 500 miles ago and it wont hold my launches anymore, it held 485 tq on the dyno but now it slips a lot when i launch.

Any advice? I want to race at proving grounds on 21st and I need a disc that will hold.

Last time I felt with them was last summer and yes they took a while to respond. I just keep calling eventually they pick up. I'm on their stage 3 kit for my 95 tsi awd and I love it.

That must be depressing and annoying. File a complaint for customer service. I went with Comp stage 4 6 puk sprung holds very well.
