Shifter slop, not bushings.

I have the symbroski kit, which helped a little, but i wonder if i a missing something OEM from my shifter.

Where the blue grease is installed here, there is alot of up and down slop. Is this normal, or is there something thats suppose to be in there oem? This is a 92 plymouth Laser AWD.

There should be some plastic bushings there along with a sleeve.

There should be some plastic bushings there along with a sleeve.

Bushings, you are correct, sir!

The sleeve, however, is on the lower portion where the shifter assembly attaches to the shifter base.
