Don't get on it. Its lean because it's not tuned for 20psi or 25psi.

Oh ok I gotcha. I believe the guy that I bought it from said it had two setting or something like that. He said 15 and 21 but when I got the car is was boosting 15psi.. So in other words I need to buy another turbo actuator? Will one from ebay work?

If you want to run 25psi you need to get tuned for 25 psi. You can then run 25psi and below. And you mean the wastegate actuator? Post some pictures please.

Please do not run a 16g on a stock fuel system. A 16g at 7 psi makes more power and airflow that a t25 or a 14b at 7psi. If you plan on running a larger turbo. You first need a fuel system. A tune. Intercooler. Etc. Always do supporting mods first.

I have a boost controller but the metal piece that you put the hose on broke off of the waste gate actuator.

I have a t25 turbo but I have a 255 Walbo fuel pump, a tune, front mount pretty much all the supporting modes I think. Doesn't the 16g just bolt right up anyway.

Doesn't matter if the bolt holes align his points are valid and as long as you have all your stuff then no worries as long as everything is in working order which they are not for you.

Take a look at the dyno chart above (personally, I'd disregard that dip and spike right there at 6200rpm). A stock 4g63t packs a FAT torque band and falls flat on it's face a little after 6000 rpm.

My advice, shift from 1st to 2nd at about 6200.

Try different shift rpms from 2nd to 3rd until you get one that lands 3rd gear starting at around 4000 rpm.

Same for 3rd to 4th...and if needed 4th to 5th.

My (somewhat educated) guess is that each gear shift will be initiated at a slightly lower rpm.

    Something like this:

    1 to 2 - 6200rpm

    2 to 3 - 5700rpm

    3 to 4 - 5300rpm

    4 to 5 - 5000rpm

You just want to land your gear change in a good combination of a lot of torque with good horsepower. My guess is that is at 4000rpm.
