What exactly will a shift kit do for my auto tranny????
I found this one for 80 dollars is that a good one to get or waste of money...?

A shift kit will increase the durability of your trans, reduce heat at the clutch face surfaces, improve torque converter lock up and provide you with firm, performance type shifts.

If you are not experienced with automatic transmissions, I would probably recommend professional installation.
