Didnt KrazyKoreans freshly built 2g just get stolen and stripped a week or so ago? Hes in Arizona also. Seems like some arizona theives are picking and choosing from the modded DSM's in the AZ area....

Arizona, is notorioius for car thefts, I met a friend who moved down there and then came back to visit, and told me that his civic was stolen, not once, not twice, but three times in the 6months he was down there for. 1st time he got it stolen, strippped, and started all over, 2nd time same thing, 3rd time, same thing, and now He's just basically trying to sell it and get something a lil more secure.

Thives are jackasses. I have only stolen a pensil sharpener, from a store, when i was like 12, and I took it back cause i felt so bad, I dident even steal it, I sat down in the store, and had it in my hand, and put it in my pocket. I found it and broght it back.


He will get what he diserves, just keep the news on. Watch, I bet they will find him dead tomorrow and the car in perfect condition. Someone I have luck man. Just pray for it. I really believe in GOD, If you pray and talk to him, He will answer. I dont mean to preach but its true.

Last week my girlfriend Missed her period, I said "God, Please Just let her start her period tomorrow" Bam, next morning. She calls me, and she started it...

Somebody should do a write up on how to install a Kill Switch/Fuel Pump Shut off when rewiring or upgrading your fuel pump. Since almost all DSMers do this step, might as well add this precautionary measure.

I will do this when I upgrade to a Walbro 255.

This is a true statement. A Manager of mine in the Autoclub of SoCal said that many of their claims are from AZ due to theft .

Yea, kinda brings the thought of "internal" theft to mind. Like someone who knew where these cars were from the get-go.

It really sucks. I can only hope nothing happens to mine, although it can't hold a candle to both of the AZ 2G's stolen.

I thought about this being a good idea, but many modded dsm's are gonna have a turbo timer and you can't shut the switch off if your gonna let your car run when you get out of it, can't have the advantages of both i would think unless there's another way to do it

You can add just about any anti-theft option you want. If the thief wants your car, he'll get it. I've heard of guys stealing flatbed tow truck just so that they can steal a car they couldn't drive away. Locks, alarms, fences, they just keep honest people honest.

This is true, but the harder it is for the thief, the more likely they won't do it. I don't think a thief will go through alot of measure for a mitsu, since most are just stealing for their next fix.
