Shep Trans Cable Bracket Spacers

I just received my cable bracket spacers from Shep Trans today and they didn't have any instructions with them. I bought these with the recommendation of a few users on the forums since I was doing the shifter cable bushings and the Symborski kit, but I have no idea where these little buggers go.

Has anybody installed them or at least have a pic of where they go?

The bracket that holds the cables to the trans. There are two rubber ones there currently (at least there should be), those are the ones replaced.
