shake at high speeds, how to make an air dam?

My stock air dam is non existant, I believe this would cause some of the shacking i experience over 95+, I cant find a junkyard around me that has any parts 2g eclipses so I was trying to find one online and still not luck all i see is people saying "make one" , but I didnt know what materials to use etc was wondering if anyone either a.) knew a place to buy one, or b.) had a site that explained how to make it.

Firstly, is everything in your suspension in perfect condition? Are your wheels perfectly balanced?

My '95 TSi AWD shoke at higher speeds (~75+) only when my wheels were a little out of balance.

I hope you need this for legitimate road course racing or track racing, and not street driving. I think there is info on one on VFAQ.com though if you need to make one.

First off, the car came stock with an air dam, i just want to put it back for protection of the pulleys, alternator, etc.. all completely open at the moment , i live in Maine, the snow and mud is horrendous and id like to protect that stuff al ittle more, they were redoing the roads around here and I found tar stuck to everything in that general area. If it helps with downforce some that is just bonus

2ndly I doubt my suspension is perfect , but my tires are near perfectly balanced, though my rims are a little warped. I plan to replace the suspension but that is a far more expensive task then slapping an air dam on.
