Setting boost on a Greddy E-01

Does anybody know how to do it? I have Everything set to 15, to start, but I can't get it to hit past 8 psi.

I know how you feel, have you gone through the procedure in the manual?

When I make those full throttle runs it will stay at 10psi and then after a couple seconds it will jump to my boost setting. However, my problem is that I can't get it to stay at the setting, I only achieve it when im making 3rd or 4th gear full throttle runs.
