the service engine light came on in my GSX recently and i cant smog it until i fix the problem and now i know what the problems are:
P0505- idle control system Malfunction
P0110- Intake air temp sensor problem
P0105- MAP/ Baro sensor circuit problem

All i know is the car runs fine and idles fine but wat needs to be replaced\fixed so the codes clear?

looks like you ran the car with the mass unplugged ?
did ya just clear the CEL and see if it comes back ?

it wont just clear itself no matter what you change.
you need to remove the neg ground cable and leave it off for 15 min.

When ya re-start the car it may run a lil funky at first ( the ecu has to re-learn )

OK will do. But the whole story is that previously the car’s computer told the Cal smog machine that some systems weren’t “ready status”, and the check engine light was not on. The smog guy said to “drive the car 100 miles, with a lot of starts & stops, and varied driving” so the computer could learn & recognize the components after a battery disconnect and put their status to “Ready”

So will I be back to this situation? It’s kind of a Catch 22. I hope the battery disconnect works. I may be seeking more advice.

Thanks in advance
