OK guys i need your opinion. I want some seats but i cant go out and get some spearco and any seats like that. I was in my friends car and he has some apc seats. Yes i know there cheap and all that. But they were comfy and they looked nice. I found some for 139 shipped with sliders. My car is grey insdie with black top and red bottom outside.2 tone talon. I want a clean look with a lil show. But i dont want RICE looking shit. So let me know what u think, i want the red with black ones.

you sure that's legitimate, $139 shipped? shipping on seats is always about $100-150 / pair. And APC seats are usually $200-300 / pair. You better check it out carefully.

Yea thre from street beat customs.com Its free shippin when u order anything over 100 and the highest price ive seen for apc seats is 156 and i think that was from summit racing.com So im sure there legit.

Actually now that i look at it, i think its just sliders from apc and no name brand seats. But thats still cool. I really didnt want the apc sign the the headrest.

Do you like them? This is your car, not everyone elses. If you like them get them. People kill me with the "rice" thing. If you like something, buy it and put it on YOUR car. I like the seats by the way. :) :dsm:

I wanted racing seats for the longest time, and I finally bought them (the cheap brand like you) with no logo at the top; sparco torino style. All I can say is that it was a very bad experience.

Even with brackets, the seats didn't fit well in my Spyder, the lumbar support kept hitting the door (nothing could be done about it either). Also, I don't think they will protect you in a crash the way a name brand seat would... thats always scary not knowing if the back of your seat is going to break off if you cersmash somebody.

I ended up selling the seats to a guy I know, but honestly, they were uncomfy, unsafe and a waste of $$$ (atleast for cheap seats). I'd save and buy Sparco's or another name brand if I were to do it again.

I got sparco's and the sparco brackets. 150 per side for the brackets plus alot for each seat, and they still don't fit right. I mean they fit enough to where its secure but some of the holes for the bolts and screws really weren't drilled good. It seems like with any aftermarket part they just don't quite fit right, no matter the quality. Thats the conclusion i have come to.
