Yes, Talon and Eclipse front seats are the same. SOME Talons/Eclipse have a one piece rear seat, while some have a 2 piece rear set - I'm talking about the reclining part in the rear. Make sure you get covers for the seat that you have.

Thirty dollar seat covers will look like thirty dollar covers. For about a week. Then, they'll start to fall apart.
