When you buy aftermarket seats, do they give you seat belts as well ? Or do you have to buy them seperately.

Yeah this is something i was wondering about for awhile, i dont want to get 4 pt harnesses and deal with the bar in the back or any of that, so i checked out some options and ive been considering this one because its free: the rear seatbelts are the same clip as the front seatbelts. the arm belt part, ill leave the stock ones in, but for the clip (which is usually attached to the stock seats) im going to take the clip from the rear seats (unused becuase nobody sits back there) and bolt it to the aftermarket front seat frame. problem solved... :D

Well, I'm proly gonna rip all my seats out and replace them with 3 seats instead. 2 front and 1 middle back, although that might mess the mirrors up, but that doesn't matter. I personally think that 4 pts look cool. They would proly real good to if I got some vertical door kits.

no they dont give you seat belts with them, in fact you are going to have to buy mounting brackets, they might come with sliders but no brackets. my advice if you can not afford hi brand seats get Tenzo's, or the new Ractive's....They are decent and nice then get the Tenzo brckets for your car

Hmm, do you have a link to a seatbelt for sale site then?

check out DSM trader. They have tons of parts for sale... Depending on your state laws, your mitsubishi dealer might have to give you seatbelts if you tell them your car was sold without any. it's a saftey issue and most dealers have to comply with state laws.

A properly made seat bracket, not the slider, will have attachments for you to mount your stock seat belt buckle. Racing harnesses are usually connect to the back seat, or if you take out the hatch deck lid, could go over your rear strut bar and bolt in some where in your trunk

stock seat belts are built into the seat you cannot mount them on the bracket.

hmmm... don't they have springs in them or something, or big plastic covers? i am thinking about using my rear seat belt clips instead, i mean i dont have stock front seats lying around but i do have rear seatbelt clips that aren't being used in my GS that i would like to use in my spyder. i dont think ive ever used the rear seatbelts in any of my cars.
