A while back my passenger seat belt stopped working, it doesn't move AT ALL when you open the door. My drivers side works fine, anyone ever had this happen? Any suggestions?

I did check the fuses and as I suspected they're fine, because if a fuse was bad I think the drivers side would have been affected too. I could try replaced the motor, I just think it's strange it suddenly stopped working and never showed any signs of getting slower or weaker.
