ok guys, ive searched and searched and searched, but i couldnt find anywhere where it says how to fix toe and whats needed. i just come up with camber threads and arguments on which ruins tires, toe or camber, but im looking for how to fix toe. am i using the wrong keywords for my search, or what? if so can anyone please direct me to a link or tell me what it is i need to fix toe. do i need a camber kit to fix toe, or can i just fix toe without buying any necessary parts.

oh yeah, i cut the springs on my car to lower it and afterwards its been eating up my tires quickly. so in my searches i found thats its toe that ruins them, but cant find how to fix it.

Pay for properly lowered springs, you have changed the spring property by cutting them.

Thread wear patterns indicate what kind of issues you're dealing with.

If the tire threads have feathered edges, then it's a toe problem. If they're feathered towards the inside of the tire, then you have too much toe out. Vice versa for toe in.

If the tires have uneven wear, then it's a camber problem. If the inside half of the tires are worn, then you have too much negative camber. Vise versa for positive camber.

Cut springs are never a good idea. The spring rates are all screwed up. You'll suffer from a crappy ride and you risk damaging other suspension components.

oh ok. thanx for the info quasimodo. i knew i shouldnt have cut the springs to lower it, but i got tired of the wheel gap everybody hates, but was to cheap to get it lowered correctly. so now im just going to have to go out and buy some springs. thats if i dont get my awd dsm first. ;)
