SD Setup

So I'm switching over to a SD setup and I'm really hoping you guys can give me a hand with the tuning. First I should tell you I have a few issues. Issue number one is that I have only owned the car for a few months and while since I've owned it, it has never been tuned. When I bought it, it had a SAFC tuning system that was tuned for racing fuel and the program was dumped for 93octane and super rich but somewhat driveable. Not a problem, I bought it as a project car. So with no base settings to work with I'm wondering where I need to start. I installed a omni 4 bar and IAT this week so I think I'm ready to start tuning but I want to know what you guys need to know to help me out.

First of all, what are you going to be tuning with? Second, fill out your profile with your mods. Third, I hope you realize there's a lot more to tuning an SD setup than MAF. Fourth, why are you going SD? Is there a real reason or are you just going with the fad to be cool?

Put my mods in my profile. If you need more internal mods let me know, I'll have to dig out the reciepts. I'm running ECMlink my management system. I'm switching to SD because I want to. Not looking for the next great debate or to find people to convince me not to, I'm just asking for a little help. Thanks

Well if you look on the ecmlink website it will tell you what sensors are compatible with ECMlink.

You can utilize GM map sensor or AEM. They also tell you how to wire it up.
