Screwing in PCV valve

Hey guys. Just a simple question about installing a new PCV valve. How tight does it need to be? Any specific torque? I read all about it having to go in an upwards angle and I've heard about everyone overtightening and breaking the valve cover. Everytime I had it changed in the past it was in the shop and I told them to just replace it while it was there, but this time I'll be doing it myself. Thanks for the help.

maybe a full turn after screwing it in by hand

just know that you don't need to tighten it as if it was a nut/bolt holding two parts together.

I just tightened mine in until it was resisting and stopped there. Hasnt moved a hair since.

i just took a deep socket and screwed that bi*** in solid.
get it in there tight to stay in, not socked down like you want to go thru the other side.

Use a bit of Permatex #1 on the threads, get it as tight as you can with your fingers (without trying to win a date with a gorilla), then just a tiny bit more snug -about half a flat- with a wrench.
