First of all I own a shop and been building these TANKS for many more years than you've probably been envolved in the scene. So therefore I can call DSM parts,Engines I've accumulated over the years, as well as all the HONDA JUNK I have from the 100's of Turbo's and Engine swaps I've dun Junk, garbage, Treasure, whatever my preference. I had a 9 sec Starion at one time. Ive owned several DSM's - will have a 95 TSi (manual trans converted Turd for sale soon as well. Im not a VW fanatic so dont flip the script! Im a Japanese engine guy, however when shopping for cars a year ago - Japan had nothing to offer in my price market that had the reliabilty, Performance, Fuel economy, Resale value, or sheer bang for the buck! The MS3's are blowing up, EVO's overpriced and shitty insurance premium's, STi's well just not for me - even though they can be a powerhouse. 350Z too ugly for me, but fun car to drive.... I have been in this performance indusrty for 18 years now - Im not a bandwagon junkie or Fan boi - which is what alotta forums are based around. I've worked on just about every type of car and motorcycle, muscle cars included. I have a passion for speed - NOT ALL CARS ARE CREATED EQUAL!! Cheers.:thumb:

This is the DSM Tuner site, and people will point out that you dont have one, all you need to say is you sold yours, and have been around them for 18 years.

Newbie forum?! I'm a member on just about evry major car based forum site - used to provide tech stuff etc, till the kids made it bad - i stopped participating. I've poked around here for years occassionally looking to see what the DSM cats are doin, but dont generally poke my nose in the business, I have enough on my plate running my shop. But in regards to the ludicris 50 post's to be elligible for posting in the classifieds? thats crazy> Im on Supra Forums, Honda-tech, NICO,VWVortex,NASIOC, and several Motorcycle & Jetski forums... I've never seen that type of control? Perhaps the "Newbies" have caused the Mods the generate this severe 5th reich regime? LOL Hell the German Car forums aren't this strict? LOLROFL Hitler would be proud.

Anyway I have some cool sh*t for sale just wanna offer them up to potentially avoid Egay B/S! And Craigslist has created alotta my time being wasted by Retards!

Im with you on the craigslist thing.
Ive seen people stop in on this thread, and not play nice, and that causes suspended accounts, which is what I am trying to prevent.
I know its a little weird calling it a Newbie forum, but if you know alot about these cars, the 50 posts should be easy. But you also have to wait 30 days. Thats the one that killed me.
But you have a good background from what your saying, and if you prove this to the Mods, and others, you could be upgraded to a god, AKA DSM Wiseman.

Slicker - As it appears you just registered like a month or so ago? If you take a gander at MY register date you'll see 2005! That's approx 4+ years ago... So in fact I'm aware of what Mods look for and how they want the civilian user's to act like civilized adults. On Honda Tech this would be normal behaior, but concidering the company here on this Forum< im going to assume that wont happen. Im not a F*ckYOU guy, I explain myself thouroughly and with YEARS of experience, according to my understanding that demands some respect. Im not heare to squable of trivial detail's on what gen is better or red is a faster color etc.... Im a 37 year old adult been doin this since 1990 - so.... Ive seen and dun it all Bro!
Off to the Newbie farm to accumulate some post's..... Cheers.:p

The newbie 50 posts rule is one I do not agree with, but it helps block stupid people from becoming a member..ANd sellingcrap thats broken or them just being a**ho*es..I got screwed from craigslist so I'd rather get stuff from a member witha good reputation..I'm still waiting to catch the guy who sold me my talon, I got something for that guy..That's why the rules are there..Just adhere to them, and spend a month getting your post count up, and you will be good..

Thanx for the offer Bud. I have some more pressing engagments this afternoon, so I must bid adue for now. I unlike alotta Forum Junkies, have better things to due. :D Anyhow, I'll be a post whore tonight and get my count up. Im legit no doubt about that - Im posting in the MidAtlantic region so folks can see before they buy,etc... I've been a powerseller on Egay, seen it all and been screwed myself - Craigslist was new for me and been a hassle just the same, just no fees involved... I just thought you were trying to give shit to Bud, and thats the guy on here I respect the most. As you talk to people on here, the better you get along, and like Bud is offering, he may be able to help you sell your parts. Your distance may hurt, but as long as shipping is fairly cheap, we may be able to get some of your stuff sold. I know someone looking for a GSX motor, but the shipping for that would be alot.:|

I really know what your saying on that one. Craigslist, people mail you about what you posted, get your adress, say they are going to come, and dont show up at all.

and speaking of the weather, its time for me to pull the CPS out of both cars, and put the good one into my new car. Then some exhaust work, and body work. Happy DSMing.
