Should know if its a D16 you will win but if its a F22a1 you will get walked. Believe me I used to have a F22a1 in my Honda and it will scream when opened up.

Its a pretty much stock 1.5L 1992 Honda Civic Hatch.
I just laughed at him when he said his car will win.
But im not going to race. Not worth it.

You could walk him as long as your car runs and you can drive it the right way. Tell him to swap it to the f22a1 accord motor(2.2 sohc) and let him see how fast it really is. The motor should bolt right up might be a lil tight but it would be worth it.

Beat me to the post..Knows Jason is totally right...I didn't upgrade for nothing..Plus the launch is alread mine, I'm alrady in boost, and can shift without loosing boost, yeah I think that would be pretty easy.But he does weight a crap ton less than I do...I'm not condoning the activity, just telling you how easy it would be..

Nick, tell your buddy if he's got a d16, I have a manifold,IC, and can get a 14b pretty cheap, or 13g,t25...

Everything besides the radiator should run you under 100$..ED

Plugs (NGK)--8.50 at Advance Auto
Oil filter --3.75 walmart
Oil (at your choice)Castrol GTX --12.00 walmart
Radiator (junk yard) --20.00 to 35.00 depends on junk yard
SRI filter --20.00 from Advance

I would do the radiator first and work my way up to the lil stuff. As we speak I know where ther are 4 radiators(2 2g and 2 1G's) Alot of 1G exterior parts(bumpers,taillights, fenders). Most of the 2G stuff was took but the 1G cars are in good condition. Also know where ther is a 2G 7 bolt 4G63 head is(off of Elantra) the timing belt is still good.
