I think they left WRC because they changed the rules so you have to use an inline-4. The new S2000 rules may change that though.

Knows that I hope it changes that the WRX STI's kick some serious ass in auto cross. I want one of the STI wagons I think they are sexy as hell and they do amazing in the snow. Since i wont beable to find a damn EVO every easily im gonna have to go with a WRX, STI or WRXSTI. Id like to have the hatchback though

Subarus dominate the rallyx scene here in CO. Some do really well, but it seems to be all about the driver really. Sure the awd gives an advantage, but put some dirt tires on a 2wd n/t with a good driver, and it'll smoke the awds.
I've done pretty well in my n/t 2wd Mazda. It's so light and easy to maneuver, it runs rings around the heavier awds on the tight dirt courses.

Ill never leave the DSMs dude im just saying i was gonna go evo for my family car but since they arent gonna produce them anymore in the us i gotta go to the alternative. My heart will always be true to TRUE dsms though and the 4g63 platform. If i can snag an EVOMR you bet ## ass im going to.

Knows it wont be the same unless they design it off the 4g63 itll never be the same of course the fuel milage will be nice ill have to check them out when they come out though and see. Im just a 4g kinda guy and it burned me when they did away with it doing away with something good it sucks. Also should know i just went out for a smoke and watched a rabbit get his ass owned by a hawk

Should know Bud and I were talking about how cool it would be to set up a turbo on the 1.6 gas engine. I'm sure ppl are going to do it. Would be sweet if someone swapped in a 4G63 someday....oh the possibilities

Should know being a diesel why the F dont they just turbo it from the factory like VW its like seriously WTF guys you shit on the 4g63 platform did away with it kept the evos which was good now ## doing away with that to WTF are you thinking damn idiots this is why i probably wont buy one unless they are flat out amazing cars which i doubt they will be but who knows
