Should know last summer there was this weirdo slinking around my neighborhood, I didn't think much of it and got in my car, like thirty seconds later and a block away a cop pulls me over and says "you know you didn't signal or stop at that stop sign?" I started to reply and he cut me off and asked if I'd seen anybody out of place in my complex, so I told him about the guy and he said thanks and let me go.
