Should bump up his Ram if he is running less than 2-4 GB and CPU speed if not around 3 ghz, just to be at the lower end of things available nowadays. I just increased my RAM to 4 and need a better CPU. It really depends what you plan to do with it. I used to do more work with rendering 3D images and it will take a lot longer on a lesser system.

Right now it's just for home work and games when I have time. Been playing team fortess 2 and combat arms it's been pretty fast so far.

Should know here in SK we just have one insurance, SGI, and as long as they don't hear about it, your car can be modified or damaged or whatever and keep re insuring it. Once the cops stop you or SGI gets involved or the car is brought in out of province, it has to be inspected before re licensing it.

Should know it's actually the opposite. I guess I should specify when stopped by cops, you only have to have the car inspected if they give you an inspection ticket.

Otherwise, as far as modding, as long as they don't know, it's free roam.

Should know I think gas should be in cents/liter what oil is in dollars/barrel and go up and down with it. That would reflect the true price, because when oil is cheap, like $70/barrel, gas would be $0.70/liter and when it's $120/barrel it would be $1.20/liter.
