Didn't know I went from 305lbs down to 260lbs now. my weight started to get out of control from stress etc. I want to get down to 220lbs next.

I gave up soda, fast food, junk food. I use to drink a 12pk soda a day but haven't had one since last year I don't want to weigh 305lbs again it's not fun.

I only drink root berr and porange soda on occasion..I drink alot of mio laced water.

Should know I'm getting ready to go back to work for another night shift. Btw, Dr. Pepper is one the best pops out there, same with Jones Soda.
