Same as SSAC or XS power

Whats up, i been looking for a intercooler with short route piping. Stumbled across one on ebay. Just wanna know if you guys think its the same exact one as the SSAC or XS power intercooler. Here the link

Yes it looks like a SSAC. Keep in mind that you will need some work making it fit and that you will be a hose and two t-bolt clamps short like in the SSAC kit.

Go with the VRSpeed FMIC. Its the same as the SSAC unit but they fixed all the issues and kept the price in the same ballpark. They back it up to boot!

I love my SSAC unit. I've had it for 4/5 years... but that was before VRSpeed fixed all the crap that I had to deal with myself, so I expected it.

I have the SSAC unit, not too bad. I had the place I got it from toss in an extra coupler and 2 tclamps.
If you have access to piping I have an xs power fmic I am going to be selling shortly.

Yea i know you gotta make it fit, From what i understand is with this kit you need to relocate the coolant overflow tank, also will have to either buy a different j pipe or modify mine. If the eBay kit is the same i am probably gonna go with that. VR speed kit looks exactly the same and cost more. I am kinda short with money. Just need something cheap to hold me down for a bit.

buddy of mine ran a xs power fmic, and he was hitting about 500hp in his 2g. the intercooler was really nice, and worked very well for him. plus, for 300 shipped to you, it's hard to beat that price for such a nice, good sized short route fmic.

plus, why get named brand and pay big money for something with NO moving parts?

Thought SSAC kits were long route piping...that looks like short route. Or is that just for us 1g's?? I know my XS Power kit has the pipe that goes allllllll the way across the core, behind the bumper and then ends up on the other side, at the inlet.
