SAFCII problem!!

so i recently installed a safcII in my 92 awd talon an i seem to be having issues with it not reading any throttle percentage i can pin the gas it will read a max of 17% an if i keep holding the gas it just loses percentage slowly then once its at 0% thats it nothing after that i have triple checked that it is hooked up rite i have checked the tps i have checked wiring with a multi meter i dont know ### it could be any help would be awesome.

i would go back and double check the wiring and make sure everything has a good connection i had the same issue and and i found out that the guy that had it before me did a shity job installing it not saying you mess it up it alway a good thing to just double check stuff

Check your TPS with a multimeter to make sure it's still good, too.

i checked tps using volts with the key in the on position an i got .110 fully closed an 1.005 fully open with no more room for adjustment so im almost sure the tps is bad because if i remember correctly its supposed to be .63 volts closed an 5.0 volts fully open correct??
