safcII install question

Im taking the directions off of prostreet.

"Locate the ground tap pin 26 and strip the housing back to expose the bare wire relatively close to the ecu harness side. You will solder / tap the brown AFCII ground wire here." (DONE)

"Do the same to this ground wire, only put the black AFCII 2nd ground wire FURTHER away from the ecu harness side than the brown wire. Be careful not to mix this up. Then strip and tap pin 25 for the red AFCII power wire." (So do i tap the 2nd ground on pin 26 also? just further apart?) (DONE)

yes both will be on the same wire. Make sure thay are around 2" apart.

"Tap pinout 58 for RPM signal with the green AFCII RPM wire. Then tap the brown wire with red stripes pinout 84 with the Super AFCII gray throttle wire for the throttle signal." (DONE)

"Cut the wire at terminal 90 in half but leave enough on both ends to play with. Attach the ecu side of the end of the cut to the pink Super AFCII wire. Connect the harness end to the orange Super AFCII wire." (So the Pink goes to the side with the plug") Just checking. I read alot where people mixed this part up.(DONE)

where do i tap the purple wire to the ecu? and what do i do with the other blue, white, and yellow wires?

There will be some wires that aren't used in DSM's.

i came to realize that. its install. the initial setup is done. i am trying figure out how to zero things out. i was told this

"set hi throttle 70% lo throttle 35% then set 0% across the board on both high and low then go from there. "

when he says that does he mean in the settings menu - under TH-Point - Lo%: 35% and Hi%: 70%
then i should go through the Hi-Thrtl and Lo-Thrtl and zero everything out?
