been helping my friend tune his car and adjusting his SAFC.. im finally getting him to where his wideband is showing like 10.5ishs (which i know still isnt that good.. but is a far cry from what he was running). Anywho.. my question is: when adjusting his safc to get him where he is now, ive had to put basically all of the corrections into the -40+ range and im getting to where im afraid / wont be able to adjust anymore. is this normal?

okay awesome. pretty sure he isnt running an afpr either.. which is probably causing me to have to lean it out even more than i need to.

What kind of turbo setup and how much boost?

It may very well be that the injectors are too large for that setup and that much fuel really does need to be pulled out. The only thing about pulling that much, is that it messes with how much air the ECU is seeing and makes your timing go crazy because it's jumping to a different load map.

Edit: damn phone is too slow

i Had a similar set up just more boost and RC 550's. I was running pig rich( -50 %), and people began to ask me if my car was a diesel. :notgood: so i got a Aeromotive AFPR and that did the trick. :hellyeah: My factory fpr couldn't handle the pressure that the 255 was puttin out.
