OK well.. its time for me to buy injectors and an safc-ii, im buying the safc then the 680ccs.
i read how you cant hook up the blue o2 sensor voltage cable up... but, how hard is it
to install an safc-ii on a 2g? and tune it.. since i have a awd and putting it on a dyno around here will cost me 1k. is there any other way ill be able to tune it?

DSMlink. I would stay away from the safc with any injector over 650cc. The largest you can run with an safc is around 675cc and then you might not have enough adjustment to get a proper tune. If you do the math, you only have 50% adjustment + and 50%- Add 50% to the stock 450cc injectors and you come to 675cc. You can probably get close on the tune but it would be pushing it.

the dsm chips site says i will still need to get an afc. The datalogger says it does not change fuel maps but just records the data for you to see. if anything ill just get the 660cc for now then.

No, Im saying you cant run injectors any bigger than a 675cc using only a safc. Reread my post and pay attention.

Thats fine as long as you get the eprom done with compensation for the 680cc. Then the afc will be for fine tuning.
