safc and datalogger tuning

I have this PDA that came with my car that was used as a datalogger but the battery's died and I have no idea where to redownload the program from to put it back on the PDA. Also are there any tutorials for the SAFC? Thank you guys so much! I really don't know much about tuning at all.

If you were using a pocketlogger with palm, this is the place you need to go if you don't have the info anymore (code/serial number etc): PocketLOGGER Registration

What kind of air/fuel ratio should I be looking at for my car to be in. idle and WOT?
