Well my dd trailblazer SS hydro-locked and will need a new engine and I just don't have the money to squeeze that into everything else so the day I said and hoped would never come is here...I have to part out the talon. I was back and forth the past couple of months but always talked myself out of it even though I knew that it made more sense to go a different direction as my situation is just different now than it was when I was updating the project like everything week or so. With 3 cars and two with go fast needs the talon had taken a back seat to the TBSS anyway. I will posting in the classified section shortly but just want to say thanks for everyones support along the way and sorry I couldn't pull threw with this build but life must go on.

Because the TB is an awesome daily... It really sucks as far as the hydrolocking goes, I assume it was from an aftermarket cai? I've been super careful with mine, for some of those exact reasons.

Needless to say, now is the time to upgrade that engine since it's all apart anyway.. Hopefully the block/heads are still good because those LS2's can be pricey otherwise. I'm gonna pick some stuff up from ya and would love to pick up the shell if you weren't so far away. Best of luck with everything fella!

Yeah like he said the TBSS is a great DD minus the hrdyolocking. I plan on building the TBSS motor and put a cam in it so it will be a torque monster and with a 150-200 shot on tap already it will be a 10 sec dd that I can put a baby seat in the back. A 2 seat caged 1g is not exactly a good dd.

Sad you got so close though and now have to give it all up. Sucks you have to get rid of it all instead of maybe just the motor to fix the ss but I read your forsale ad and saw everything else going on in your life. Yeah the TBSS has a ls2 6.0 motor. The shell is going for $2k which is a steal for such a great shell. The cage alone cost 2800. Not looking to get rich just move on to the next thing for now. I have some stuff I'm surprised isn't already gone considering it's bad ass one off stuf or close to it. Like the ITB SMIM and the ACPT CF DS
