RVR TRANS GOOD FOR PARTS?

My reason for this thread is that a local person is selling a RVR awd transmission, with the trans code being KW5M332NPXV under that is LM4368. There’s no vin on it unfortunately, but I would want to know if this is a transmission worth buying for spare parts later on. I own 95 eagle talon awd it’s hard to come by transmission period.

What are these specs you're posting? If it's supposed to be a comparison one of those is a w5m31. Not the same unit.
As old as these things are almost any w5m33 is worth owning if it isn't worn out. Need more info.
Do you have specific questions? Like will it fit?
If it truly is an NPXV that's the code for 91-94 DSM.
Guts may be usable but that trans will not bolt into your 2g as the bellhousing does not have mount bosses.

Yea I’m just looking to see if the guts inside the transmission can be useful later one, since 2g trans are pretty scarce

Problem is you won't know if it's 91 92 or 93 up. Unless you want to swap lots of stuff. It's a crap shoot without a vin.

And you still didn't say what those numbers are supposed to be.

Yea you got a point, i guess im just so worried on damaging my trans again and not being able to source more parts, so i rather just have extra trans just in case. That picture is what to thought was the right specs of the trans but as I look more the trans number don’t match.

Yeah its a totally different unit. Npxv is also not original to that rvr.

It’s a vpxz my apologies, you as a 2g owner what would you recommend on parts to buy in case of transmission failures. I try and do my own research but there’s just so many thread and unanswered stuff.
