running too small of an exhaust

What are the negative symptoms for running too small of an exhaust with a big turbo set up like gt-30R and bigger?

You wont get a lot of volume to your turbo, and you wont be able to push out those exhaust gasses quickly

^^^ Yes. A laggy turbo will be even more laggy.

That depends. Would you rather have a moderately loud aggressive exhaust note with good performance all the time, or less performance in normal driving with much more civility ...and then have ability to unleash an unholy sonic melee and considerably more performance when the need arises?

I like option 2 for a city driver/sleeper ninja mode. Kind of reminds me of this video.

It's up to you though. Option 2 would be fun and cool but I always liked an upgraded exhaust.
