running rich on the highway

i know the blinky light a/f gauge arent that accuarate,but gives a good idea when somethings not right...
on the highway the a/f guage just sits on the rich side,if i am just cruising around the city they bounce back and forth like normal..i remove the emmisions per taboospeedshop.what could be the cause of this? i dont have any boost leaks either.

ignore the gauge. if you have your foot on the gas, 90% of the time the light will be pegged on rich.
